Back when I got my start in real estate photography this neighborhood was in its final stages, but I did shoot a few newly constructed properties before its completion. It was really great to come back and see how the Richwoods of Frisco has matured and revisit a familiar floor plan from years ago.
The spaciousness of this house allowed great angles of the kitchen, and the floor-to-ceiling windows threw lovely natural light across the hardwoods.
From the second floor there are great views into the living room at the back of the home and views into the dining room and entry at the front. Such a great layout!
The main bathroom has a peaceful energy radiates from the frosted windows surrounding the giant, jacuzzi tub. Check out the shower from inside, in the Matterport tour below!
The spiral staircase is gorgeous and it’s carpeted so I don’t slip when I’m hauling my equipment up and down the steps. A slippery staircase has caused a bumpy descension or two, in the past.
There’s more photos below for you to peruse and a Matterport tour for those who’d like to see the property for REAL!
